INGREDIENTS
2 cans of salmon, drained and crumbled
3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs, beaten
2 green onions, minced
2 teaspoons seafood herbs
1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons creamy vinaigrette
1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs, green onions, seafood
herbs, black pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, parmesan
cheese, Dijon mustard, and creamy vinaigrette; divide and shape into
eight patties.
2. Put olive oil in a huge frying pan and heat over medium heat. Bake the
salmon patties in portions until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Repeat if necessary with more olive oil.
