2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
2 eggs
10 tablespoons Italian breadcrumbs
3 tuna cans, drained
3 tablespoons diced onion
1 pinch of ground black pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1. Using a bowl, beat the eggs and lemon juice. Stir in the Parmesan
cheese and breadcrumbs to obtain
2. a paste. Add tuna and onion until everything is well mixed. Season with
black pepper. Form the tuna
3. mixture into eight 1-inch-thick patties.
4. Put the oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat; fry the patties
until golden brown, atleast 5
5. minutes on each side.
