INGREDIENTS:
2 cups thick whipped cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 shrimp, peeled
1/2 cup scallops
1/2 cup of grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound dry fettuccine pasta
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook the pasta in a huge pot with boiling salted water until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, pour the cream into a large skillet. Cook over medium heat,
frequently stirring until it
3. boils. Reduce heat and add spices, salt, pepper, onions, and parsley. Let
simmer for atleast 7 to 8
4. minutes or until thick.
5. Stir seafood and cook until shrimp are no longer transparent. Stir in the
cheese and mix well.
6. Drain the pasta. Serve the sauce over the noodles.
